TCHelpA is a non-profit organization.
Our purposes are
- To provide free consultation to community seniors on medical,
social welfare, transportation, and lodging services.
- To provide free consultation and help to new immigrants on the naturalization.
- To train and reserve volunteers for community elders services.
- To provide programs on recreation and social function for seniors.
We strive
- To work with government and communities to promote the welfare programs for seniors.
- To promote cultural exchange programs and ethnic visit among communities.

- 為新移民提供入籍諮詢與幫助。
- 培訓儲備社區服務長者志工人員。
- 為社區長者提供舒適的交誼及休閒活動。
本會提倡
- 配合市政單位及民間團體，推廣長者福利計劃。
- 積極參與推動族裔互訪、聯誼及觀摩之交流活動。
